|Recommended: YesKathy is the best Property Manager since Adriana. She cares about this Property. She is fair and partial. Do not mistake her kindness for weakness. She works very hard.
There are a few loose marbles living here. Other than that I recommend this Property. Carlos is the best at keeping this Property clean and at maintenance. I fell back on my walker during construction. The block cement was not sturdy. I was waiting for my handicap bus to arrive. Gina the property Manager at the time did not care. The upper management did not care either. That made my my body worse. I got proof of that from my doctors.

|Recommended: YesAdriana aka best manager — I've been renting for 15 years and have to say that Adriana is the best manager that I've ever dealt with. she is on top of everything, responds to emails and very open. I am very grateful for her.

|Recommended: YesCanvas Apartments is Awesome — The Canvas Apartments is a nice place to live,with dtlv 18b Art district in walking distance. The Las Vegas strip is literally steps away.. I absolutely love living here. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. The property is well maintained and grounds are very clean. There's also a cute little dog park .
|Recommended: YesGreat studio price for being in Downtown, it is walkable distance to bars and coffee shops.
The property is always kept clean and it is very quiet at night. The inside parking is convenient but is very tight and compact.

|Recommended: YesMaintenance of building — the shower tub spray you apply to the tub each time a new tenant moves in does not hold up with taking normal showers.
